Delivery charge is as low as $5 depending on the distance from our many stores across Australia. In order to keep our delivery fee as low as possible our minimum order is $20.
We are committed to delivering your order ASAP. Most of our on-demand orders are delivered within 30 minutes from the time order is confirmed and accepted.
We practice responsible liquor services. LIQUOROO drivers might ask you to show photo ID upon delivery to verify your age if you look under 25.
For order related inquiries, you can contact our customer support via our in-app chat function. Our support team usually responds within 5 minutes during operation hours or you can leave a message out of hours and we will get back to you next day.
Our customer service will try their best to find a driver to get your order delivered before our closing time. However, if the order cannot be delivered before the closing time, your order will not be delivered. You can contact our support team to either re-schedule a next day delivery or receive a full refund.
According to the RSA, you can nominate another adult to receive the delivery. Please make sure you provide their name correctly to our customer service before the driver arrived.
Due to liquor licensing regulations, we are unable to leave orders on your doorstep or at any other address other than the delivery address listed on the customer order.
Our team will process your refund as quickly as possible. This typically takes up to 5 business days depending on your bank. And you will be refunded on the same card you used for payment.
Once your order is placed, you can contact our customer support to change the delivery address. We highly suggest our customers contact the customer service team to change the address before the order is dispatched. As any time later than that, extra delivery fees may be applied depending on the distance of new address.
We accept all payments using Mastercard, Visa and American Express cards.
We currently do not offer AfterPay or similar “buy now, pay later” digital payment services as a payment option. Our current payment options are listed above.
You can redeem your gift card both on our website and App by simply typing in the code. For website users, please login then click the account icon Admin to select the gift card option. For App users, please login then choose the three-line menu icon on the top left to open the gift card selection.
You can update your profile both on our website (https://web.liquoroo.com.au/en/) or on the Liquoroo App. For website users, please login then click Admin to select your profile. For App users, please login then choose the three-line menu icon on the top left to change your account information.
If you received faulty or wrong items, please contact our customer service team to arrange a return or exchange for free. We don’t support change of mind return at the moment.
We are committed to the wellbeing of our customers and want to promote conscious and responsible alcohol consumption. Please fill in the details of our online form under the customer rights option both on the website and App to voluntarily exclude yourself from our service. Go to Liquoroo App or website and sign in to your account. You will find your exclusive referral code at Refer & Earn. Simply shared your love to friends and family for their first order. After they use the code, you will get $10 code available for your future purchase.
Our loyalty program allows our customers to collect points while enjoying their favourite drinks. Each $10 spend will reward you 10 points. The more you ordered the more rewards you earned. Each 100 points you collect will be worth $1 for your future purchase.
Yes, your loyalty points will expire after 365 days from the date any points are rewarded. And you can check the expiring date for a specific amount of points anytime in our APP or Website in your account.
Yes, your loyalty points usage will be applicable with other offers.
You can buy gift cards both on our website and App in your account. Simply choose the amount with the message you want to send. And your love will be sent to their email immediately.
You need to create an account in our App or website to redeem your gift card.
Great News! Liquoroo gift cards have no specific expiration time.
